TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GHANA)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BYINFORGH platform (“Platform”,
“we”, “us”). By accessing or using BYINFORGH, you agree to be bound by these
Terms.

2. Platform Nature

BYINFORGH is a business discovery and trust platform, not:
● A marketplace
● A payment processor
● An employer or agent of listed businesses
We provide visibility, discovery, and trust tools only.

3. Eligibility

● You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform for Business listings.
● Businesses must provide accurate and truthful information.

4. Business Listings

By listing on BYINFORGH, businesses agree that:
● All information provided is accurate and current
● Photos represent the real business
● Misrepresentation may result in suspension or removal
BYINFORGH reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate trust
or community standards.

5. Verification & Blue Tick

● Verification is optional and not automatic
● Blue Tick status indicates checks were performed at the time of verification
● BYINFORGH does not guarantee future performance of verified businesses
● Verification can be revoked if trust is breached

6. User Conduct

Users must not:
● Post false reviews
● Harass businesses or other users
● Attempt to manipulate ratings or verification

7. Payments & Subscriptions

● Fees (where applicable) are clearly communicated
● Subscriptions are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
● No refunds for services already rendered

8. Limitation of Liability

BYINFORGH is not liable for:
● Losses arising from transactions between users and businesses
● Service quality, pricing disputes, or damages

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
